my dad just told me that his colleague has nose and neck cancer.
he has a son that is sec1 in ACI and a daughter that is only K2 and will be going to my old primary school next year.their whole life routine had to change because of their dad and their dad was the one who earned the most so his pay is responsible for most of their expenses.and now he cannot work cause he has to go for chemotherapy.their mother has to go on no-pay leave just to ferry him to and fro the hospital for the treatment.it really made me think about how different my life would be if something like this happened to my family.
we should really treasure everyone that we love because we never know what's going to happen the next day.im sure our parents scold us for our own good and it is because they don't want us to go astray and they don't want to lose us.we may be angry with our parents and all but afterall, they have already sacrificed so much just to bring us up.
i was about to emo about what just happened until my dad told me this.i don't want anything like that to happen to anyone in my life.for those,who have been feeling down,life will get better.smile!(:
i feel so......... weird now.cause i don't usually talk like that.
oh well, change may be good sometimes huh(:
