training was......... really tiring today. though there wasnt a beep test. we had to run for 10mins skipping steps MEDICINE ball(damn heavy k!) IT WAS 3KG OMG. imagine throwing it around. how cool. then went to the hall cause it started to rain heavier(?) then did passes with medicine ball and all. then had to do 45 degree. i literally did a super split!!! damn cool k. i split ALL THE WAY DOWN never expected i was THAT flexible. can join gym or smth leh.HAHA.so pro.
